The Role

We are seeking a Project Lead to drive partnerships, building teams, and delivering impactful AI programs at a national scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

1. Execute the overall strategy for AI for Myanmar
2. Establish the initiative as a national AI platform
3. Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on AI direction and opportunities

 2. Ecosystem & Partnership Development

1. Build strong partnerships with: Government bodies, Universities & research institutions,  Global AI organizations & tech partners
2. Position AI for Myanmar on the regional and international stage

 3. Program & Business Development

1. Launch and scale key programs, including: AI model development (Myanmar LLM), Industry AI adoption initiatives and Talent development programs
2. Identify and develop AI-driven business opportunities
3. Secure funding, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations

4. Team & Organizational Leadership

1. Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team: AI engineers, Data teams and Program managers
2. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and impact

 5. AI Strategy & Thought Leadership

1. Stay at the forefront of global AI trends and technologies
2. Represent AI for Myanmar in conferences, forums, and media
3. Translate AI advancements into practical national impact
